Second Printing
The second official Blood Chit issued by the Nationalist Chinese Government.
Said to be in anticipation of a Second American Volunteer Group.
Characters were added in the 2nd column (from right) for "American" and in the last column by the serial number.
Serial numbers were duplicated from the first printing so there can be two official Blood Chits numbered 0040.
