Sewn inside Flight Jacket
This example shows the Blood Chit sewn inside a Flight Jacket so as to be less obvious but still available if needed.
Although this was a popular way to display the Blood Chit, most pilots carried it with them in a pocket, rather than wearing it.
This way they would always have it with them no matter what they were wearing.
