BLOOD CHIT MIS-X version   This is a U.S. MIS-X type 4 chit (note the '4' at very bottom right) in several different languages, including Japanese.  Over 300,000 were issued to aviators in the Pacific, some probably making it to CBI.  Note the serial number in the 45000's.   Read about MIS-X ...
