Paul enlisted in the U.S. Army Air Force on November 11, 1942 to serve his country in World War II. He trained with the Fifth Ferrying Group at Sheppard Field in Texas as an airplane and engine mechanic. His longest tour of duty was in the China-Burma-India Theater of Operations (CBI) with the Air Transport Command. He honorably separated as a Sergeant on February 11, 1946. SCROLL DOWN TO CONTINUE |
